My journey in laboratory science started with a strong foundation. I pursued my BSc MLT in a medical college hospital, where I built my core skills, discipline, and understanding of diagnostics.

In the early stages of my career, I worked at PK DAS Institute, where I was able to refine my practical knowledge and gain more confidence as a laboratory professional. Those experiences played a major role in shaping who I am today.

But I always wanted to grow further. I wanted to explore bigger opportunities and challenge myself in a more advanced healthcare environment. That’s what led me to move to Dubai.

Adapting to a new country and healthcare system wasn’t easy at first. But over time, I learned, improved, and aligned myself with international standards. That phase helped me grow not just professionally, but personally as well.

Today, I’m working as a Laboratory Technologist at Aster Healthcare, UAE. It’s been a journey of continuous learning and improvement.

Recently, receiving the Lab Excellence Award (Best Lab Technician) was a proud moment for me. It reminded me that consistency, dedication, and passion truly make a difference.

Looking back, I realize one thing clearly—
